Exchange Policy – X-NOTCH

At X-NOTCH, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 2-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible for Exchange:

  • Wrong size received
  • Manufacturing defect or damage
  • Wrong product delivered

Conditions:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 2 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

How to Exchange:

  • WhatsApp/Email us with your order number and photos of the product
  • We will arrange a pickup and dispatch the replacement within 5-7 business days
